Yes. The State Gazette site, dv.parliament.bg, publishes RSS feeds of new issues and of public procurement notices. A feed tells you an issue is out, not whether anything in it concerns you: you still read it yourself. Lex Alert reads every publication and sends you only those that match your rule (a law, an institution, a section, an act type or words in the text), with their full text, by email, in the app or by webhook.

The State Gazette (Държавен вестник) is the official journal of the Republic of Bulgaria. All laws, decrees, court decisions, and other legal acts are published in it.

Yes. Lex Alert extracts data from publications, so you can track specific articles of a law and get notified when they are amended. You can also set a person's name and their role in a case: plaintiff, defendant or other.

Lex Alert checks the State Gazette site every few minutes in the hours issues come out. A real-time email or webhook goes out minutes after a publication appears there; the app shows it at once, and the daily email digest arrives at 08:00.

At least 7 days before the first payment we will email you so you can choose a plan - or opt out. If you don't choose a plan, your account is locked: you can still log in and view your dashboard, but rules and notifications stop. First subscribers keep 40% off for as long as their subscription continues without a break.

Yes, through the webhook integration in the Professional plan. When a publication matches, Lex Alert sends an HTTP request to a URL you choose, so you can connect a Slack channel, a Microsoft Teams chat or an internal system.
